Shipping & Returns

1.0 When will your orders be shipped?

We will usually ship your order with 24 hours of your order. On very rare occasions we may run out of stock. In this case, we will advise you as soon as possible.

2.0 How do we ship?

For New Zealand customers goods are shipped via courier.Courier costs are variable and will depend on items ordered.

3.0 How long will it take?

We will do our best to get the goods to you within 3 working days Nationwide. If you have not received your goods by then, please contact us. For overseas customers and estimate of time will be provided depending on the mode of transport.

4.0 What to do if you receive damaged goods or only partial order

If your goods have arrived damaged or othere are bits missing, please notify us immediately to ensure that we can make it right for you.

5.0 Returns

Goods can only be returned if the items are unopened and are in pristine condition.

We do not have to provide a refund for purchases which you have changed your mind about. Therefore we suggest that you make your purchase with care and contact us if you have any questions before the purchase.

Where the goods are faulty we will replace them as per warranty. In this case, please obtain a Return Authorisation from us before you send the goods.
